Is this a possibility in the future?

I think the approval system is a flawed way of running a content-driven community. My first registration was decline for some reason, but I waited two weeks, then re-registered with identical details and was accepted. I must admit, it left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth initially.

This is a completely unique site for Urbex photography, and I think if the registration system was opened up and anyone was free to join and instantly add photos to the screening system, we'd see a massive jump in global user activity.

Either way, this is a great site.

Actually there is no restriction about user registration.
I'm surprised that your first attempt was rejected in fact; when was it?

I have to keep the registration aproval system only because of bots and spam users.
Before I added the 2+2 question in the registration form, I had to deal with 50+ registrations a day with usually only 1 or 2 or them being real users

I am not filtering users by any way, everyone is welcome.

People are maybe afraid to join.. since photo quality is not always the main concern of urbexers I think.. ?
